The Concierge is a dedicated service by Informa, specially designed to help exhibitors focus on what truly matters: generating business, strengthening relationships, and increasing brand visibility.

We handle everything to ensure exhibitors have an excellent journey—from booth operations and strategic supplier negotiations to implementing high-impact marketing actions that convert visitors into customers.

We recommend hiring the service during the renewal period to maximize planning efficiency and organize investments well in advance.

Billing is processed during the renewal period to ensure early organization of investments and effective planning of actions.

No, the marketing formats are predefined for promotion on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and WhatsApp.

The package includes the creation of artwork based on the exhibitor’s briefing. After the creative is approved, 500 double-sided flyers will be produced. Flyers can be collected at the CAEX Concierge starting on the first day of setup.

Prioritized support ensures clients receive dedicated attention and assistance throughout the event planning and execution process, with a specialized team assigned to meet the exhibitor’s specific needs.

  • Prime: Includes recommendations, briefings, and contracting of all major operational services for the exhibitor’s journey, as well as complete management and use of the Client Portal, E-Commerce, and Digital Platform.

  • Select: Designed for exhibitors who already have a booth contractor and/or project but still need management of digital tools and other services (security, cleaning, catering, internet, etc.).

The creative package includes up to 10 designs formatted for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and WhatsApp.

The lead activation service occurs post-event and involves sending WhatsApp messages to a database of up to 500 leads collected by the exhibitor during the event. Leads are classified within the LEADSTER platform to activate those generated at the event.
