 Secure your spot for the launch of the Color Trend 2025 and the pre-launch of the 4th edition of the World Plastic Connection Summit and be the first to learn about the event's updates for 2025.

The gathering will mark the official launch and distribution (exclusive to members) of the Color Trend 2025, an international study on color trends. In previous editions, it was signed by Walter Rodrigues, Alexandre Herchcovitch, and Jum Nakao. This year, it will be curated by the award-winning architect, researcher, author, creator of the project Arquitetas Negras, and member of the team of the "Desapega" TV show on GNT channel, Gabriela de Matos.

The event is organized by Think Plastic Brazil, a portfolio of solutions supporting the transformed plastic products sector, the result of a partnership between the
National Plastic Institute (INP) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).

 About the speakers:

Gabriela de Matos is an architect from PUC Minas and won the Golden Lion for Best National Representation at the 2023 Venice International Architecture

Biennale with the curatorial project ‘Terra’, an unprecedented award for Brazil until then. She is a master’s student at Diversitas-Center for the Study of Diversities, Intolerances and Conflicts at the School of Philosophy, Modern Languages, and Human Sciences (FFLCH) at USP. She was co-president of the Institute of Architects of Brazil in the department of São Paulo (IABsp), the first black woman to hold the position.

 Jum Nakao is a Brazilian designer and creative director. His portfolio includes organizing the closing of the London Olympic Games and the opening of the Olympic Games in Brazil. He has also exhibited at international events such as the New Zealand Arts Festival, the Tokyo Museum of Contemporary Art and the Milan Design Fair.

 

Marco Lobo is a PhD candidate at FGV CPDOC, has a master’s degree in Design from the University of Brasília (UNB) and is a specialist in design. With 20 years of
experience in public design policies and promotion of international trade, he is a consultant for the Brazilian Design Program, of the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade. He is a former Innovation and Design Manager at ApexBrasil.
